The productions are constantly being controlled according to ISO 9001 and ISO TS standards by using quality managing guidelines in two units of manufacturing and producing control. This unit is equipped with metallurgy and metrology laboratory to control every effective intake items and product parts.
The company laboratory equipments are:
- Spectrometer equipment :
It is made in Germany by spectro company which has capability of analyzing 26 element and cast base elements.
- metallography microscope in invert type with capability of direct examination of samples of parts and also taking photos and analyse the metallographic structure of parts.
- Hardness equipment:
It is in brinel model with capability of hardness measurement by ball in diameter between 2.5-10 mm and power of 187.5 -3000 newton.
- Profile projector equipment:
In order to accurate measurement of the part sizes by optic method.
- Sand test equipment: to examine and control of grain sand and properties to reach the consistent quality in parts
